Answer:

According to Community Guidelines, children are not allowed to use Facebook accounts under the age of 15 years. This is because they are not so matured that they can  use the account wisely. They don't have any idea about the scams and frauds happening in this society. If they use the account without having a knowledge of the scams, they would get spoiled and get addicted to unnecessary things. This social media addiction is dangerous and may spoil the social life of a child. The child prefers to communicate through social media instead of face-to-face talk. For using a Facebook account , they must know about the community guidelines, content of the posts and they should have the idea of disable contents.etc. or else his/her mind will get spoiled and their minds will be filled with all vulgar things. They must be very careful and must have an idea of what is good and bad. This may not be known to a 15 year child because they  get  addicted to social media . This is why Facebook didn't allow people under 15 years to handle Facebook accounts.SOCIAL MEDIA can be used for good aspects and for spreading news, general knowledge .etc. but not the disable contents, info that spread vulgarity.
