There are 3 reasons behind this. They are as follows -
1) China has more population than us. Hence more people are engaged in agriculture increasing the produce.
2) As their population is more, people in the industry sector are also more, hence inventing newer techniques and tools to improve the quality and quantity of the produce.
3) Due to the very active import and export, I.e. trading relations of China with other countries, they recieve more new techniques.
