why cloud remains in vapour state even if its temp is below 0 Degree Celsius?

Because 0°C is Both Melting and Freezing Points so, and temperatures below 0°C Cloud form precitetat.

Answer:

Clouds remain in vapor phase below 0 degree Celsius as pressure in that altitude is very low and we all know that pressure is directly proportional to temperature .so in zero degree celsius also clouds are in vapour phase as their freezing temperature drops.
