It's white because of scattering.

Scattering is the process in which electromagnetic radiation are deflected or diffused.

It occurs because of the droplets present in the cloud.

clouds are white due to the fact that the sun's heat is directly above them leading to the fact that water evaporates from it leaving them slightly dense
