the reason why CO2 is in more amount as compared to O2 in dissolved form is in our body is due to the fact that the CO2 gas is more soluble in which it makes easy for its movement unlike with oxygen when it has to work more it gets dissolved than for a large amount of CO2 is dissolved from the transported to the lungs from where it is emitted out of our body ...
