why coconut water is sweet although it grows in salty area​

Their root membranes have evolved to exclude the salt molecules from their roots. This lets them take in H2O and other needed minerals but block out the salt. Thus no salt is actually absorbed into it’s system, it filters out anything remotely harmful.
