I suppose the question is in English subject.

Computer education should not be provided from class 1 itself.  The kids are too young and are in playful mood.  In class 1, they do not gain expertise in English language or have any tools that are required to understand before using the computer.

Computer opens the window to an unprotected world.  It could hypnotize kids and make them go in the direction, perhaps not desired by the parents.  Kids need to be interactive with parents, relatives and friends.  They need to understand the real world before entering the world of computers.

Also they need sufficient knowledge that will be learnt in schools during primary and secondary educations.  Then they will be able to use computer in a better way.  As children can be influenced easily, the computer may become an addiction and the children could be easily separated from the real world soon.

There is no urgency to teach computers right from class 1.  As it is now, the children are learning new technologies of computers and mobile phones from their usage.  So the children are learning as much as they need to know from age 6 to 12.

From the psychological point of view, this is the age of a child in which he have to be attached and close to the family. Their involvement in the technology in this age will drive them away from the social interaction and would not build a strong emotional attachment to their family.
As this education is not complete without the practical work, so computer education should be avoided in class 1
