Why concentrated acids and diluted acids behave in different ways?

A dilute acid is the acid which contains greater concentrations of water in it. They have lower mass percentage in the solution. The concentrated acid can be diluted by adding it to water, and they have any percentages lower than the particular concentrated composition.
