Why constitution can not be said as a result of political globalisation though we borrowed articles from nearly 60 countries?

firstly you know that the Indian Constitution was written by dr Babasaheb Ambedkar
and in this only there are lots of law which was mention in the constitution book and it cannot be more by other country because every country have its own constitution and you know that India having its own democracy so that's why we cannot share the Siddha articles which mention in the democracy book means constitution book
bt d core of globalisation says that sharing of ideas, culture, technologies etc r termed as globalization... while framing d constitution d constitution makers borrowed d ideas of different countries so why not we can term it as an example of pol globalisation
