Why Constitution maker feel that need for reserving constituensis for SC St

Its easy,

Just think about ordinary people/ rich people even middle class people

they can live peacefully without much tension whatever happens in the assembly

but the SC and ST don't get many rights because they are economically and socially backward.

there rights have been violated and as you must be knowing INDIA is a democratic country which looks after all the kind of people.

so as to protect and for the betterment of SC and ST, to know their problems and issues we need to give them seats in assembly

but if we don't reserve seats for them, the party leaders who has both muscle power and money power will depress them.

So we need reserved seats for SC and ST.
