why convex mirror is called dispersing mirror?Give reason

Answer:

Convex mirror is called a diverging mirror because parallel rays of light fall on it they diverge after reflection. It us because the light rays when get reflected from the mirror therefore, a convex mirror is called the diverging mirror.
