why convex mirror is used as rear - view mirror in vehicles.

Hola there,

As rear view mirror in automobile to see the traffic at the back side convex mirror is used bcz it has a much wider field of view as compared to plane and concave mirror and it always produce an erect image.

here's ur answer!
1) It produces erect image of an object in front of it .

2) The size of the image formed is smaller and therefore, has wide view of coverage.


3) all image are formed between pole and focus
