cooked food can be fastly attacked by fungus and other bacteria so other pathogens also they get rancid due to oxidation but on the other hand and cooked food has power to fight against these bacterias
so it could not become spoil and also it could not pick up rancid fastly

In cooked food, bacteria and germs attack fast because of its high temperature, moisture and acidity level.

Whereas in uncooked food acid level and moisture and temperature level is less.

I hope it helped!
