ANSWER : Cotton is a natural product obtained from agriculture which comes under primary sector. From the cotton, yarn is spun and textiles are made whose end product is cloth. And this processing of cotton comes under secondary sector. Cloth is not produced by nature but has to be made and therefore some process of manufacturing is essential.
