The Middle East countries are developed .Yet they aren't included in the list of developed countries because the per capita income is not evenly distributed among the population. While some are very rich others are very poor.
In order to be included as developed the average income or the per capita income must be evenly distributed among the population that is neither so rich nor so poor.

countries in the middle east are not developed because there is no industrialization and they also lack other facilities like education and health care facilities. they are just dependent on the available resources.
