Why crime rates are increasing day by day instead of decreasing

this is also because of government only.If the government had given strict punishment to those who all do mistakes,all the others won't do that mistake again.But now, those who make mistakes are escaping and those who r not doing any mistakes, they get the injustice.So if the government is good going and do the necessary things for the society, there won't be any problem
