why crystallisation process is better than evaporation to separate solid and liquid solution

because during the process of evaporation water is disappeared but during crystallisation we can save water

because by crystalization we can get solid as well as liquid separately by filtering the crystalized solid.
but during vaporization it is difficult to get back the liquid which is vaporised.we will get only solid.
