why curdling of milk takes place when a little curd is added to it??

Bacteria reproduce itself and converts the milk into curds it is also poor acid

when a little amount of stater is added into milk it converts into curd .the curd when added to milk the latic acid present in curd cause cauglation of casin which converted into curd
