why current wires in our house are covered with plastic coat​

Current wires in our house are covered with plastic coat as plastic is very poor conductor of electricity and wires are almost made of copper which are very good conductor of electricity.. so, to protect ourselves the wires are covered with plastic coat.

THE WIRES IN OUR HOME IS COVERED WITH PLASTIC COVERING BECAUSE THERE IS A CHANCE THAT ACCIDENTLY SOME ONE MAKE CONTACT WITH WIRE AND FACE SEVER SHOCK WHICH IS HARMFUL FOR THE LIFE ALSO.......
