because the nitrogen atom is attached to the carbon atom through a triple bond which increases it's polarity. hope you have understood my explanation

but here the carbon atom is sp hybridised so it has a value of electroneg around 3.29 and nitrogen has an elctroneg of about 3.0 so there is not much diffrence in their values then why still the polarity increases?
