The Lok Sabha has certain powers that make it more powerful then the Rajya Sabha.Motions of no confidence against the government can be introduced and passed in the Lok Sabha. The Rajya Sabha has no power over such a motion , and hence has no real power over the executive .

It's all BCuse the ppl in democracy was selected by ppl so its supreme or we can say that it was directly choose by ppl...
ALTHOUGH it has more power in money bill... Whereas rajyasabha don't hv any of this power...
