Why democracy often leads to bad decision

1.  Democracy is based on equality and accordingly all people needs to be treated equally by the representatives chosen by the people.

2.  People should be given a chance to predict their interests and on the basis of this aspect, decisions should be taken by the Government in formulating laws.

3.  If the opinions and interests of people are not taken into consideration, bad decisions are taken which would lead to chaos in the country.

4.  For instance, nowadays, the Government take decisions based on people poll or voice poll conducted by Media which predicts the opinions of general public on certain aspect of laws, new rules to be formed by Government etc.
