Hii..

During exercise muscles need more amount of oxygen to be supplied so to meet increased oxygen demand stroke volume and heart rate increases and provides more space for the increased blood flow during exercise, hence arteries dilate so diastolic blood pressure remains the same.

Image result for why diastolic pressure increases during exercise
During upright exercise, the normal blood pressure response is to observe a progressive increase in systolic blood pressure with no change or even a slight decrease in diastolic blood pressure. The slight decrease in diastolic blood pressure is due primarily to the vasodilation of the arteries from the exercise bout.

Hope it help!!
