There are some reasons why shylock's hate Antonio in the play :--

Due his sympathetic behaviour too Shylock hates him.

Antonio always speak in angrlly in public place against Shylock.

The Biggest Reason Antonio lends money without charging any interest. This business of Antonio affected many of the money lenders of Venice as it brings down the rate of interest in Venice.
