Why did Banda Bahadur come to Punjab from Sindh?

Banda Singh Bahadur was a commander of the Sikh military and was a disciple of Guru Gobind Singh, born on 27th October in the year 1670. Guru Gobind singh named him a special name 'Banda Singh Bahadur'.

He fought against Mughals. On the order of his Guru, he fought with Mughals in Sonipat.

He went to the Khanda and with his Sikh army, he fought Mughals in the Sonipat battle.

In Punjab, he abolished the system of zamindar and gave the properties to the landowners which were captured by the Mughals.
