why did bholi talk little give two reason

Bholi was the fourth daughter of Ramlal. When she was ten months old,she fallen off the cot on her head and which caused damage to some part of her brain. Because of this she remained a backward child. She wasn't able to speak till she was five, and when she learnt to speak, she used to stammer. Which made her friends and other children's to make fun and mimic her. As a result she talked very little.
