why did bohr's atomic model failed?

Niels Bohr considered electron as a particle, but, as we saw every particle has a wave like property, very prominent for microscopic objects like electron, proposed by Luis de Broglie. Bohr did not consider that and hence comes the failure of his atomic model for atoms other than hydrogen•
