Calpurnia and Portia are the women characters in the play “Julius Caesar.” they both are strong women characters. They believe in the supernatural instances and warnings of nature about any uncertainty. In her dreams, Calpurnia saw that the dead men were walking, ghosts were wandering in the city, a lioness gave birth in the street, and the lightning shattered the skies. Calpurnia worries for her husband, Caesar because of her dream which she considered as a warning from nature.
