The County Inspector was a man of genial and generous nature. When he visited Margie's house to fix her mechanical computer teacher, he was carrying an apple with him. When he saw Margie, he must have liked her and gave the apple to her out of affection for the child. He not only fixed the computer teacher, but also praised Margie for her academic progress.

As Margie's mother sent for the county inspector to look into the mechanical teacher. He visited Margie's home. He was a man of kindheartedness. Having known Margie was a teenager, he was carrying an apple in his hand. He was satisfied with her nature and was pleased with her. So he smiled at her and gave her the apple. He understood the situation of Margie, so he removed the mechanical teacher from the computer screen for sometime.
