Ibrahim Lodhi treated Dilawar Khan who was the governor of Lahore unsympathetically.

As a governor of a kingdom, he travelled to Lodhi to have a good relationship but Lodhi did not give a fair chance and treated him miserably.

So, Dilwar khan manipulated and turned the nobles against him in the Battle of Panipat and Lodhi faced defeat in it.
