GANDHIJI RELAUNCHED CDM BECAUSE AFTER THE SECOND ROUND TABLE CONFERENCE HELD AT DELHI HE WAS CHEATED AS THEY TOLD HIM TO WITHDRAW ALL THE INDIAN PRISONERS AND DIDN'T DO IT. THIS MADE HIM TO RELAUNCH CDM.
