Right after the Jallianwala Bagh Massacre, Gandhiji led the Non-Cooperation Movement.

It was very significant for the Indian independence movement.

The main aim was to resist the British rule in India through Ahimsa or the non-violent means.

The British goods were refused by the protestors and they adopted the local handicraft items.

They began rally and march in large scale.

Answer:

Gandhi led the Non Cooperation movement to protest against the British, for their cowardly act at Jalianwala Bagh of Amritsar. He wished the movement to be violent free, and with the violence being stuck at chauri chaura, Gandhi had no other option than to call of Non Cooperation Movement.
