This question is taken from the story in Hindi “Poos Kee Raat” written by ‘Munshi Premchand’.

It was the cold winter night of January. Halku had to be guarded in the farm to save his crop from animals in that very cold night. He and his dog Jabra were both guarded on the farm.

That night was cold unbearable. To prevent cold, Hulku collected some leaves so that he could lit them and then he can heat them.

Therefore, as soon as he lit fire to the leaves and fire started to burn, he felt relief and proud. Halku sat in front of the fire and started to heat.
