Hari Singh come back because he had realised his mistake taht he was cheating that person who helped him and literate him. First he wanted to be literate to become a more cunning cheater. But later he wanted to be literate so that he could get respect in the society. So, he came back and put the money which he had stolen at back its place .

hari singh came back to anil's house bwcoz he feel guilty after robbed anil.he thought that anil was a good person,humble by its nature .he also thought that anil always think about me and he wanted to give me better education.

so ,after rememebring about all those thing he feel very guilty so he came back.
