Her problem was she could not hear and listen. She was not able to communicate with others not even her parents. Although she uses sign lang. for this but not everyone could understand it. She can't even imagine anarth ng becuase she has not seen colours or seen anyone. She became blind at a very young age so she might have forgotten every colour.
