Helen loved to rush out of doors in spite of the signs of impending snowstorms because she wanted to feel and touch the beauty of the winter. She loved to walk in snow and feel the sting of chilly air on her cheek. Her most favourite amusement during the winter was tobogganing on the frozen lake. Whenever the sun broke through the clouds, they would get on their toboggan and off they went shooting across the gleaming surface of the lake to the opposite bank. Helen enjoyed this exhilaration a lot.
