1.He understood the resentment of the German public against the harsh conditions imposed by the victorious allies of the First World War.

2. Through his speeches, he was able to express that anger of the German people and win their support.

3..He had a very strong sense of the importance of the public display of pomp and pageantry.

4.His public meetings and rallies were shrewdly organised to project him as the leader of the German people who could restore Germany's lost glory.

The leaders who can make people move , gain their trust and confidence,leave a never erasing imprint on the minds of the common people through theor inspiring speeches ,fight for people's rights etc. are considered as charismatic leaders.

For example, Barrack Obama, Vladimar Putin, Narendra Modi etc.are some charismatic leaders of contemporary times.
