some problems which india is facing because of which there is not 85% literacy are-

1. For becoming peon u need ed. where as for becoming a p.m. u can be a 2nd class failed.
2. u cannot vote if u r a criminal whereas u can be an election representative if u r a criminal.
3. no leader focuses on ed. because all r thinking ways to get money in their pockets.
4. public is mad becz they r electing non eligible leaders...
