while presiding over the muslim leauge session in lahore in march 1940 mohammed ali jinnah declared that muslims are not miniority but a nation by any defination . this was the crux of his two nation theory which succeded in his achiving a homeland for muslims he had in mind a maximal migration of his community to the new homeland
