Why did Keller feel sorrow for breaking the doll only after she had gained a sense of language?

Helen was sensitive as a child. When she was unable to understand the difference between mug and water. She got frustrated and dashed her doll against the floor. Whenever she got angry she throw her doll and once it broke down. She ha sno love for the doll and felt happy, because after throwing doll her discomfort was broken. But after sometime she realized everything was full of life. She felt bad and try to make her doll again by joining broken pieces of her doll. But she was unable to do it. Her eyes are filled with water and she felt regret for what she had done. Due this incident she felt sorrow.
Miss Sullivan one of the greatest Teacher of Helen helped her in every state of condition. Because of her she was able to gained a sense of language. She taught Hellen by writing the spelling of words on his hand. EX :- She taught Helen how to speak word doll. For this she write d-o-l-l on his hand. Firstly Hellen was unable to understand it. But after sometime she was able to understand wherever Miss Sullivan write on her hand. She studied mostly in the lap of nature, as love nature. Through this Miss Sullivan help her in gaining education.
