Mark Twain thought that there were several virtues in the typewriter because -

1. He believed that that the typewriter can print the letters very fast as compared to his writing.

2. Any one can just rest on a chair and lean and can do his or her works very easily.

3. The typewriter can pile several words and passages in a single page.

4. Also, the typewriter do not scatter ink here and there and make the place dirty.

5. And the most important think Twain liked was that it saved lots of papers.
