mini refused to take nuts and raisins from the kabuliwalla because she was well versed with her mothers traumas about the world being filled with robbers and kidnappers. also she thought that the kabulliwalla kept children inside his bag.

Mini refused to take nuts and raisins from kabuliwala because since from young age she was taught to accept nothing from strangers and she was a growing up girl and its not a perfect decision to accept anything from strangers.
