2.Many people couldn't suffer the misery of the ling journey and hence they died.

His pan failed because his idea was to shift peaple from Delhi to devagiri . Lots felt difficult to move their place and was upset in this idea. Mohammad tughlaq made his army to stay there so he could save money. But his idea of metal coins made fault and therefore his I idea became a failure
