Why did Mohammad Bin Tughlaq's plan of shifting his capital from Delhi to Devagiri failed?

3.The location of Devagiri was unfavourable as it was in such a place that woukd make ruling the country more difficult

His pan failed because his idea was to shift peaple from Delhi to devagiri . Lots felt difficult to move their place and was upset in this idea. Mohammad tughlaq made his army to stay there so he could save money. But his idea of metal coins made fault and therefore his I idea became a failure
