In the story, mourad belongs to an honest and cultured and so does his mindset is. Bcoz of the dream of riding a horse once in his life was his priority, but being poor was a major setback.... Thus, he stealed the horse but., his intention was not to steal the horse, it was to just fulfil his dream for once! Hence, after riding the horse he returns the horse to the original owner without letting him know that he stole it.
