Why did mrs. hall put up with the eccentricks of the stranger

As in inn coaches and horses a stranger came with very peculiar dress..She was very surprised to see that person but he was her guest ...

So Mr Hall decided to be his friendly host..She put some food for him..
But after showing his strangeness and rude behavior she did eccentric with him...She called to wadger to identify about him behavior and him...She decided to get rid of the stranger when he was not paying her bills...
