1.doesnt explain the place of Hydrogen
2.As electron moving in circular path having some energy but after energy decreases he won't explain this

Hey.. mate !! he can't explain the stability of electron. he says that electron revolve around the nucleus in spiral path. and after some time when energy loss the fall in nucleus. this is how he explain the theory :)
