Explanation:

1) Fa xian (法显 )

2) Xuan Zang (玄奘)

Two principal Chinese travelers who travelled to India, lived here for many years and returned to China sharing their learnings were Faxian (often spelled in Indian history books as Fa-Hian / 法显 (written in Indian history books as फा हियान ) and Xuanzan (玄奘 - often spelled in Indian history books as Hyun Tsang / ह्यून सान्ग).

The different spellings are because Indian history text books write it the way it is pronounced / a compromise between wade giles - pinyin - actual pronounciations - while the official spellings (which you will often encounter in Chinese books, British books and Wikipedia) is based on pinyin (which, if you are familiar with pinyin, pronounces alphabets different

Faxian - 法显 - came to India around 400 AD (I have rounded off years - you will often find his travels marked as early 5th century - during the rule of Chandragupta II) .

Xuan Zang - also spelled Hsuan Tsang - 玄奘 - came abut two hundred years later, from Chang'an, and made a famous seventeen year long journey, over what is today India, Nepal, Mongolia / Gobi desert, all the nations that exist today along Uzbekistan / Afghanistan / Pakistan / Kashgar / Kashgar / Kunduz, and thence towards Delhi and Nalanda ( which was his main reason)
