Constitution of India has granted special privileges to some sections of the society to ensure that no one is left behind in the race of becoming economically and socially strong. As some socially and economically backward classes lack the means of capital and education.

Constitution of India aims at equality, in all spheres of society continuously.

Since the fact is well known, some of the groups and sections are under privileged or lower in comparison to other high level groups.

In addition to which, they need more concentration and sincere efforts to reach at the same level of equality, for which it is required to grant and implement the special privileges to few sections of the society.
