why did the estates were divided into liberals radicals and conservatives ?

The estate was not actually divided into these groups but some group of people with same mind set with given certain names.
liberals were the people who were against the concentration of land in one hand or influence radicals were also the same but the main difference between them was that liberals wanted a Parliamentary form of Government and radicals wanted Parliamentary form of Government as well as the supported the universal adult franchise and the women's suffering movement.
conservatives were the people who were against any change in the form of government they were especially the Monarchs and the upper class people.
