Hey,
Ur answer is here,
1)LACK OF UNITY:

There is no unity among the Indian sepoys in this mutiny. Nearly half the East India Company’s Sepoy strength,232224 Sepoys opted out of their loyalty to the company but other half of the soldiers are loyal to the company because of which it ended up our people fighting against our own people. Its sad to say that the recapture of Delhi by British is said to be done by 120o british troops and 3200 Indian troops.

2)LACK OF LEADERSHIP:

This revolt was carried out by many groups which had many great leaders but this mutiny lacks the leader to combine all these groups under a common motive to fight againt British. As the revolt is completely scattered, the British is easily able to suppress it. There were many Honorable leaders like Jhansi Rani,Kunwar Singh, Tantiya Tope etc but there were other leaders like Bahadur Shah,Zeenat Mahal who negotiated with British for their safety and they had no trust over their sepoys.

3)NON PARTICIPATION OF MANY TERRITORIES:

Only few of the territories were fighting against British while many failed to realize about the miseries of British rule and they remained loyal to East India Company. Some of the territories also didn’t support both the sides and remained neutral.
4)LACK OF NATIONALISM FEEL:

The rebels had no future vision and they were fighting because of their bad pasts and to regain their lost privileges from the East India Company. They lacked political ideas to carry out this revolt. Each and every rebels had different motives for this rebel and they clearly lacked the nationalism feel which is required to carry out this revolt successfully .

EVEN THIS REVOLT IS A FAILURE IN MANY WAYS, IT ACHIEVED A GREAT SUCCESS BY BECOMING AN INSPIRATION TO CARRY OUT THE NATIONALIST MOVEMENT IN THE LATER PERIOD.
Hope it helps you ☺️
